Joe Biden may have failed to solve bigotry, but he’s trying. Biden’s Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against the bigoted state of Utah for its horrifying discrimination against a stunning and brave transgender inmate. You might want to brace yourself because this story is likely to make many people run for their fainting couches.
An unnamed transgender woman was serving out her prison sentence at an all-male prison in Utah. That’s not even the worst part of the bigotry, although it’s bad enough on its own. Can you imagine the sexual harassment that this poor lady was going through? Because as we all know, transgender women with their beards and Adam’s apples are SO HOT that men find them irresistible.
She was sentenced to prison in 2021 for crimes that the Biden DOJ curiously did not mention in its lawsuit. In June of 2022, the trans woman was diagnosed with gender dysphoria and started requesting hormone replacement therapy. However, the bigots running the Utah prison system did not start providing her with hormone-replacement drugs until January 2023. Because of that delay, her gender dysphoria worsened.
In May 2023, the poor lady was forced to cut her own testicles off!
We already know what you’re thinking. Is America even a real country anymore when something like this can happen?! Are we living in the 1700s or something? It’s like America never even went through the Civil Rights movement whenever some poor woman is forced to chop her own testicles off with a makeshift weapon in prison.
By forcing this chick to chop off her own testicles, the Utah prison system clearly discriminated against her. That wasn’t the only example of bigotry, however. Prison officials also refused to allow her to buy female clothing and tampons. The prison also denied her request to modify its pat search policies, even though the guards kept feeling up her giant c*ck.
As a result of all this bigotry and discrimination, the Biden regime is suing the Utah Department of Corrections for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Biden DOJ said in a statement that the lawsuit is “part of its broader efforts to combat discrimination against individuals with gender dysphoria.”
“People with gender dysphoria, including those held in jails and prisons, are protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act and are entitled to equal access to medical care just like anyone else with a disability,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke from the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.
Wait, wait, wait. We’re confused now, so we’re going to have to dial the sarcasm back a bit.
According to the current Democrat Party religious orthodoxy, being transgender is the most normal thing in the world. Joe Biden just declared the most sacred Christian holiday of the year (Easter) to be the new Transgender Day of Visibility. Transgenders are the most normal, mentally healthy, special, and holy people in our society and are above all scrutiny and criticism.
So… how is it possible that they are also protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act? Is the Biden Justice Department tacitly admitting that transgenders are mentally ill freaks and, therefore, they can’t be discriminated against under the ADA? You can’t have it both ways. Are they mentally ill, or are they normal?
You can’t really blame the Utah Department of Corrections in this instance because the rules seem to be ever-changing when it comes to transgenders. The Biden DOJ is saying this trans dude had no choice but to perform self-surgery because of Utah’s bigotry. But the guy did have a choice. He could have chosen to not chop his own nads off.
