By now, I’m sure you’ve seen the mounting evidence that Donald Trump will retake the White House come November 2024. And with that, you should expect to see a lot more of former and would-be First Lady Melania Trump.

While Melania did her part to hold certain events, decorate the White House accordingly, etc., she has always been considered a bit more behind the scenes than most in her position. And since she and Donald left the White House in January of 2021, she’s practically avoided as much publicity as possible.

According to sources said to be somewhat close to the Trump family, much of this has to do with the fact that the Trumps still have a growing and easily influenced child at home.

However, with that child now 17 and nearly old enough to strike out on his own, sources say Melania is feeling like making more public appearances and time away from home.

According to Page Six, this also means she will be playing a more public and important role in her husband’s presidential campaign, as well as in her would-be role as First Lady.

As the outlet reports, the decision to be more present in an official capacity has also been swayed by a couple of other factors.

One is that she received well during her recent appearance at former first lady Rosalynn Carter’s funeral. This positive reception from her peers has apparently caused her to feel “more secure of herself – as both her husband’s representative and her own position as a diplomatic figure.”

Of course, the recent Supreme Court victory Trump received in regard to his federal election interference case has also bolstered confidence that she may indeed need to step things up as her family is drawn more into the likelihood of moving back to Washington.

In any case, it seems Melania “realizes it’s her time to join the ranks of historic first ladies and leave her mark on history,” according to Page Six.

So expect to see a lot more of her soon.
