AstraZeneca is being sued by 51 families in the UK after its dangerous and rushed-to-market COVID “vaccines” caused serious injuries or deaths. For the first time since the rollout of the dangerous and untested shots back in 2021, the company has now admitted in court that its product can cause deadly blood clots to form in the circulatory systems of victims.
The class action suit was first filed last year by Jamie Scott, a married father of two. After receiving the AstraZeneca jab, he developed a blood clot and a brain bleed. His condition was so serious as he was hospitalized that medical staff called his wife three separate times to tell her he was about to die. Scott was left with a permanent brain injury from the vaccination and has been unable to work since April 2021.
In a newly released court filing, AstraZeneca has finally admitted that its so-called vaccine “can, in very rare cases, cause TTS.”
Reminder: The condition was so “rare” that everyone was talking about it by March 2021 and the AstraZeneca shot was temporarily taken off the market because there were so many “rare” blood clots developing in recipients across the EU.
TTS is Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome, a condition in which victims develop blood clots and a low platelet count. The 51 cases lodged against AstraZeneca all allege that the shots caused blood clots to form in relatively young and healthy family members. The families are seeking up to £100 million from the company in damages.
Lawyers for the families argue that the AstraZeneca vaccine “is defective” and that its efficacy is “vastly overstated.” We all know that this is true by now. The vaccines from Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca all failed to prevent people from catching COVID. The only people still catching COVID these days are the vaccinated. Everyone who wisely remained unvaccinated now has natural immunity.
Doctors first identified a link between the shots and a new condition called vaccine-induced immune thrombocytopenia and thrombosis (VITT). Attorneys argue that VITT is a subset of TTS, although AstraZeneca still denies that VITT is real or that their shots caused it in many patients. Still, the families are encouraged that the company has finally admitted that its faulty product can cause blood clots.
“It’s taken three years for this admission to come,” says Jamie Scott’s wife, Kate. “It’s progress, but we would like to see more from them and the Government. It’s time for things to move more quickly.”
She added: “We need an apology, fair compensation for our family and other families who have been affected. We have the truth on our side, and we are not going to give up.”
In an amazing turnabout, the British government has now agreed to underwrite AstraZeneca’s legal bills if it loses the class action case against the 51 families. Instead of having to dip into the massive profits that the company made selling a government-mandated product that was dangerous and defective, the British taxpayers will end up footing the bill.
At least that’s something for the victims. Here in the US, Pfizer and Moderna are completely immune from lawsuits due to all the people that they killed and maimed with their new and untested mRNA shots. Americans are still unable to sue these companies over a medical technology that they were, in many cases, coerced into taking by the Biden regime or their state governments. It may take years before any of the victims of the mass vaccination program see justice here in the US—if it ever happens at all.
