Biden Claims Americans Are Lucky To Wait While He Fights “Corporate Greed” on His Own

President Joe Biden has one of the worst senses of self-importance ever seen in an elected official. So certifiably assured of his capabilities, he frequently makes claims about how good Americans have it, he fails to read the room for what the American people are saying. A recent interview with CNN’s “OutFront,” showed just how bad it’s gotten.

Host Erin Burnett talked about the figures. Discussing how groceries are up significantly, and more than 30% since the pandemic, she was making solid points. She told him directly that Americans are now paying more for food and groceries than they have in the last 30 years, but he put a stop to that mid-sentence.

“No, it really is, and it’s real. But the fact is that, if you take a look at what people have, they have the money to spend. It angers them and angers me that you have to spend more. For example, the whole idea of this notion that Sen. Casey (D-PA) talks about shrinkflation. … For example, a Snickers bar, they did a thing, and it’s like 20% less for the same price. That’s corporate greed, that’s corporate greed. And we’ve got to deal with it and that’s what I’m working on.”

What Biden doesn’t seem to get is that we don’t need him to fight corporate greed on them shrinking the packages. That happened as a result of the Food and Drug Administration putting massive pressure on companies to make what we eat healthier. Instead of changing formulas, using better ingredients, or making healthier options priced better, they simply shrunk some of the garbage foods. All while retaining overinflated pricing.

This man should be fighting against his own Bidenflation, which is sending prices soaring as we continue to have less to spend. We need to make better use of our money and keep more of it in our pockets. This isn’t a hard concept to grasp, and it’s shameful that he still doesn’t get it.
