Donald Trump and JD Vance continue to prove that they are the only viable ticket to rescue American families from the economic hell that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have put us in. Vance announced this week that they plan to expand the child tax credit to $5,000 per child once they are back in office. This would provide meaningful tax relief for American families.

It would also be good for the country because it would incentivize young couples to have more children. The child tax credit was first implemented in 1997. Parents get a $2,000 write-off on their taxes for every child under the age of 18. The tax credit hasn’t budged from that amount in 27 years.

To put that into perspective, you could rent a nice two-bedroom apartment in New York City in 1997 for less than $600 a month. Today, it costs around $2,300 a month to rent a sh*thole studio apartment in Queens. The $2,000 child tax credit is virtually meaningless today when compared to how American wealth has been destroyed by government-imposed inflation.

Bumping the child tax credit up to $5,000 per child would represent one of the largest tax breaks for working families in many years. What’s Kamala Harris doing for families?

She attacked Vance and Trump for wanting to expand the child tax credit. She only looks at tax cuts as an affront to the almighty federal government, which will “lose money” if working families get to keep more of their own money.

Meanwhile, Harris is trying to steal Donald Trump’s “No Tax on Tips” idea. She obviously doesn’t mean it. If she did, she and Bad Shower Daddy could eliminate taxes on tips right now.

All we get is empty promises from the Democrats, while Trump and Vance are promoting meaningful reforms that will improve the lives of Americans.
