Barack Obama’s former Attorney General Eric Holder was reportedly put in charge of vetting potential vice-presidential running mates for Kamala Harris. It looks like Holder didn’t do a very good job with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. Scandals from Walz’s record continue growing out of control and there are already rumors that he may drop out of the race soon. One thing from Walz’s gubernatorial record stands out to illustrate just how radical and dangerous he is. Walz signed a bill into law last year that brings Minnesota one step closer to fully legalizing pedophilia.
The Take Pride Act (H. F. No. 1655) amended Minnesota state law to redefine “sexual orientation.” Under the previous law, pedophilia was specifically excluded from being listed as a legal sexual orientation.
Minnesota state Representative Leigh Finke, who is a biological man pretending to be a woman, authored the Take Pride Act. The bill amended state law by striking the language that specifically precluded pedophilia from being considered a valid sexual orientation. Finke argued during hearings that he was attempting to “modernize” the terminology regarding gender and sexuality.
The Democrat majority in the Minnesota House and Senate passed the Take Pride Act. Tim Walz signed it into law in May of 2023. Pedophilia is now a sexual orientation in Minnesota that receives protected status from the state government.

Pedophiles receive ridiculously light sentences for molesting children. In many states, a pedophile can receive as little as a year in prison for raping a kid, even though the crime psychologically damages the child for life. This is one area where the legal code is very far out of sync with public opinion. Most adults support the death penalty for pedos.
A pedophile can never be rehabilitated. Talk to any probation officer and they will tell you that it is not a matter of if a pedophile will re-offend, but when. After you let them out of prison, they will molest another child at the first possible opportunity.
Even though the prison sentences for child molestation are far too light, they still pay a cost through social shaming once they’re out of prison. You are allowed to discriminate against pedophiles.
If you are a property manager or a landlord, you can deny a person housing if they’re a convicted pedophile. You can say to them, “Sorry, but we have families with kids nearby. I’m not going to rent to you because you’re a convicted pedo. Now f**k off, weirdo.”
You can discriminate against pedophiles in housing, employment, and education. The reason why you can discriminate against them is that in 49 of the 50 states, pedophilia is not considered a legally protected sexual orientation.
Thanks to Tim Walz, pedophilia is a protected sexual orientation in Minnesota. A pedophile could even get a job at a school or a daycare because it is illegal to discriminate against them for their “sexual orientation.”
A person can still go to prison in Minnesota for molesting a child, but they no longer have to pay a social cost for their crime when they get out. Minnesota “progressives” are now one step closer to fully legalizing pedophilia, which has long been an unstated goal of the Democrat Party.
Tim Walz is a dangerous communist. Every parent in America should be warned about this guy, who could potentially be just a heartbeat away from the presidency in a few months.
