Despite their best efforts to interview their teachers, Forney Independent School District just didn’t learn about the kinks of an unnamed female teacher.
On February 22nd, 10-year-old fourth grader Zye Johnson was bound to a chair in his classroom by the teacher. According to surveillance footage, he had been tossing a football around in the call when the teacher requested, he stops with the ball. When he stopped, she ended up pulling him into her classroom according to NBC 5.
His mother regaled the outlet with the story of the incident. “She went to another teacher’s room to get some tape. She came back into the classroom and that’s when she began to tape him. I said, ‘When she started to tape you, what did you say?’ He said, ‘I asked her: What did I do? I wasn’t doing anything. I was just walking.’ And I said, ‘What did she say back?’ He said, ‘She didn’t say anything she just kept taping.’”
When the teacher took the tape back to the other classroom his mother alleges, he was beaten by the other students. One kid reportedly threatened he would “slap him as hard as Will Smith slapped Chris Rock.” Somehow Zye managed to keep his hands free while being taped to the chair and was able to hide his face with his arms. As his mother explained it, the other kids sat and laughed at him as this happened.
Before the teacher returned, Zye allegedly had broken free of the restraints and asked to go to the nurse’s office when she walked in. According to Johnson, the teacher told him “You know I was just playing with you.”
A spokesman from Forney ISD spoke with NBC 5 about the incident. “We are aware of the allegations, and an investigation is underway. There are two sides to every story, and we need to allow time for the investigation process to take place before commenting further,” according to a statement provided to the station. Johnson doesn’t see it that way.
“Why is there two sides to every story? The assistant principal and principal both told me that she admitted to doing it. She told the principal she thought it was a joke. She told my son she was just playing.”
This is one of the most bizarre cases of BDSM in the school in the last 20 years. Simply put, it is 2023, and unless there is something wrong upstairs, no child would be letting a teacher or other adult secure them to a chair. Especially if their hands aren’t restrained. This kind of action would require either consent or the actions of others. Yet, in this case, it seems to be accurate as the teacher admitted to it.
Finding out you hired the kind of teacher who finds this to be funny as she uses corporal punishment on a child is not the way you want to run your school. It only gets worse if her intentions were more risqué. Given the rise in reports of inappropriate teachers, drag queens, and sexually based interactions that are occurring daily. Yet, none of it would be a surprise at this point.
This is the result of allowing too much of the liberal agenda to be injected into the public school systems. You either have teachers who are too comfortable acting like fools, too sexual for their own good, or kids too afraid to defend themselves. Any answer here is just another tool to make us weaker as a nation. No justification for this kind of situation exists. Instead, this simply needs to be ended and kids need to go back to being kids.
