Sarah Sanders Says Warren Nomination “Couldn’t Be Better News” for Trump

Competition can be an excellent thing for character building and is why most parents enroll their child in some kind of structured sport as a child. However, as an adult and especially when it comes to your career, it can affect you negatively.

It may mean you don’t get the job you want or that another company is chosen over yours. But it can be positive too, proving to the world that you are the most obvious and best choice for the position.

And former White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders says that is precisely what this presidential race is doing for Trump, especially when it comes to one Democratic candidate. Sanders says that if Senator Elizabeth Warren is given the Democratic nomination for president, it would be great for Trump.

On Sunday, she was a guest for the New York AM 970’s radio show “The Cats Roundtable, where she told host John Catsimatidis that the Massachusetts senator was so far left that, if she were nominated, America would have no choice but to elect Trump for a second term.

Sanders said, “The only person who has been on a steady incline and continuing to gain momentum and gain support seem to be Elizabeth Warren.” And she continued, saying, “There couldn’t be better news for President Trump. I think that she has moved so far to the left in the way that she wants to fix the country I think that it will certainly help reelect the president.”

According to Sanders, she is probably the most opposite of Trump at the moment on nearly every single issue.

“You know, it’s interesting – if you look at some of the things that she’s talking about and some of the things the president is talking about or what the problems in the country are – they’ve actually identified a lot of the same problems. But if you listen to how they want to solve them, you couldn’t find a more stark contrast than between the two of them.”

Take, for instance, policies on immigration. Both have agreed that we have issues with our current immigration system, and things need to change. However, their solutions couldn’t be more different.

Along with being a proponent of much more open borders, Warren also wants to offer amnesty to every illegal alien living in the US. She even claims it would be a “good” thing for American workers, allowing even more of them to enter the American workforce.

She said, “We need a pathway to citizenship for the people who are here and here to stay. They are our neighbors; they are our brothers and sisters. They are here. We need a path – not just for dreamers – but also a path for grandmas, and for little kids, and for people who came to work on farms, and for students who overstayed their visas. We need a path that is fair and achievable. Bring people out of the shadows. It is good for all workers, and we need to get them into our unions.”

However, as more and more immigrants enter the American workforce, there are less and fewer jobs for Americans and those that are available pay much less than before. According to analyst Steven Camarotta, research has found that for every one percent that the American workforce increases its immigrant population, the average American’s weekly check is cut by about 0.5 percent. This means that at the current immigration levels, the average American worker has his weekly wages reduced by about 8.5%. Your check is about 8.5% less than what it could be.

And the National Academics of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine found that the current high levels of immigration have put so much pressure on US wages that nearly $500 billion in wealth has been taken away from the middle and working-class and given to new arrivals and employers.

Please, tell me exactly how this is good for America again because we don’t see it.

Trump, on the other hand, is cutting immigration levels, trying to stem the flow of illegals being allowed to roam our streets and take American jobs. In addition, he is increasing manufacturing jobs and putting tax cuts into a place that give the average American more money, not less.

I’d definitely have to agree with Sanders when she says a Warren presidency would be “a scary thing for America.”

It’s all too obvious, Warren’s “far-left radical ideas” will ruin America.
