PENTAGON: ‘No Corroborating Evidence’ in NYT Russian Bounties Report

The New York Times released a story claiming that the Russians had sent out bounties to assassins with Taliban ties to kill American troops still stationed in Afghanistan.

The media hates America and it despises President Trump so much that they are willing to create conflict just to make life miserable for everyone. The New York Times used unnamed sauces to report their fake story.

The fact that they used unnamed sources only shows that they made it all up since there are no sources to check as to the truthfulness of their claims.

President Trump had to respond and deny any such thing was happening to Americans serving their country. Jonathan Hoffman is the chief Pentagon spokesman and he stated that “To date, DOD has no corroborating evidence to validate the recent allegations found in open-source reports. Regardless, we always take the safety and security of our forces in Afghanistan—and around the world—most seriously and therefore continuously adopt measures to prevent harm from potential threats.”

The Democrats are having their well-paid operatives in the media drop fake stories right before an election hoping to derail and distract the president. But nothing has worked in their favor so far.

The New York Times lied about militants collecting money for their work in killing 20 Americans. The picture that they develop is full of fog as there is nothing substantial to build their case or even believe it.

Even if there were rumors of such actions there is no proof to even warrant it being reported on by the New York Times. Concerns of possible deaths are one thing but to claim that hitman has killed American troops is outright unbelievable and crooked.

The New York Times only wants to further divide the people and cause more stress on a nation that is already at a breaking point.

There is a claim that an unnamed source stated that a large amount of money was found, and it was rumored that it came from Russia. But there is no concrete proof of such truth.

The report that is supposed to have made the claim was not even recognized as important because it never was used to brief anyone on. The New York Times has a big mouth.

To even report on such things only makes those responsible want to cover their tracks even more now that they have been exposed.

There is no reason to believe that the Russians would ever want to purposely kill American troops. Iran, Russia, and China may try and interfere in American affairs, but Russia would not want to start a war by taking such actions.

Robert O’Brien is a national security adviser who has stated that “Nevertheless, the administration, including the National Security Council staff, have been preparing should the situation warrant action.” He alluded to the fact the president has the security of Americans as a top priority.

The New York Times has created such a mess of trouble that there is now a review in place to determine the truthfulness of the story. Advisors have stated that “If the intelligence review process verifies the reports, we strongly encourage the Administration to take swift and serious action to hold the Putin regime accountable.”

Kayleigh McEnany is the White House press secretary and she said, “This does not speak to the merit of the alleged intelligence but to the inaccuracy of the New York Times story erroneously suggesting that President Trump was briefed on this matter.”

There is a lot of doubt as to the reliability of the New York Times.

The New York Times as a track record of reporting on unreliable sources. They love to take fiction and spin it as fact. Their sources are made up and it is highly likely that they are not even real people.

This is one reason why the president blames them for pushing fake news just about every week. The news agency just cannot seem to get their act together enough to give truthful stories to the American people.

They strive to promote hatred and division to just about every person around.
