Even before the election results of 2020 were in people on both sides of the aisle were getting ready to fight. With leftist nut jobs claiming that President Trump and his followers were interfering with elections, and conservatives already getting reports of mail-in voter fraud it was clear this would not be an election with clean results. When the reports came in of Joe Biden becoming President started to get out, staffers for President Trump were already hard at work.
One of those people was a lawyer by the name of John Eastman. He drafted a plan to have VP Mike Pence reject electors for the 2020 election. The allegations of voter fraud and stories of people not receiving write-in ballots but finding out a vote had been cast in their name were enough to get investigations going. With the number of convictions that resulted from nursing home voter fraud, Eastman had a case after all.
Since then, he has become a target of the House committee investigation into the January 6th insurrection at the Capital. The allegations of his involvement have not been made incredibly clear, but he is not concerning himself with such trivial things. Instead, on March 16th he flew to Wisconsin to meet with Republican Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos about nullifying the 2020 election and transferring Biden’s stolen votes back to Trump where they belong.
His goals are something legal experts claim is impossible, but that’s simply because this country has never seen election fraud of this magnitude. The deception Biden and his leftist cult have put on the American people is like nothing we have ever seen or imagined. The sheer volume of complaints turned in, investigations that needed to be done, and allegations of fraud are insane. Yet the mainstream media and the leftist-controlled puppets just downplayed, dismissed, or outright ignored most of these complaints.
The recent push to bring this fight back into the limelight is due to the allegations of Eastman being heavily involved on January 6th. When requests for his documents surrounding the events of that date, Eastman rightfully claimed attorney-client privilege. After months of balking at these requests, a federal judge has wrongly enforced nearly all their requests. The meetings with Speaker Vos have the potential to change all of this.
With reported leaks from that meeting coming out, it was alleged that Eastman suggested the electors are reclaimed and there should be “either a do-over or having a new slate of electors seated that would declare someone else the winner.” When Eastman spoke to ABC news he explained “By explicit request from Speaker Vos, that meeting was confidential, so I am not able to make any comment.” While not an outright denial of the statements, he is abiding by the requests Speaker Vos made and shows a great example of how to properly do business with people you want to find common ground with.
Vos has been pushing these claims on his own since the election but has claimed himself that things cannot be de-certified. His fight against this fraud has landed him in hot water recently. A judge ordered him to produce documents in a Republican-led investigation that he had launched in May 2021 for the 2020 election. This kind of dedication to the fight is something the Republican party has been lacking, and it’s good to see this support to make things right.
Eastman has been busy on this too. With lawsuits filed in Texas, Pennsylvania, and Georgia in addition to the suit in Wisconsin, he is doing everything he can to make things right for President Trump, the American people, and the history books. His steps to avoid problems while staying close to Trump and trying to be supportive after all the Jan 6th allegations are signs that he is a great man. The US could use more men like Eastman in politics.
