Caitlyn Jenner is weighing in on what she views as an alarming increase in transgenderism, accusing Democrats of “destroying the family unit” and causing a “drastic” uprise in the number of children being transitioned.
Jenner is no stranger to the LGBTQ scene. In 2015, she publicly announced her identity as a transgender woman and changed her name from “Bruce” to “Caitlyn” Jenner. Her transition was highly publicized, and she became an advocate for transgender rights and visibility.
Surprisingly, Jenner is a Republican who has been vocal about her conservative political beliefs. In 2016, she initially supported Senator Ted Cruz in the Republican presidential primary but later expressed support for Donald Trump after he became the party’s nominee. Jenner attended the 2016 Republican National Convention and has stated that she believes she can bring a more inclusive, conservative voice to the Republican Party.
Jenner has focused on advocating for transgender rights within the Republican Party. She has spoken out about the importance of acceptance and understanding for the transgender community and has called for more open dialogue and education within conservative circles.
But recently, Jenner expressed concern over what she sees as an “alarming increase” in the number of people claiming to be transgender.
Non-profit LBGBTQ+ GLAAD CEO Sarah Ellis believes “increases in visibility, representation, and equality, more and more LGBTQ Americans are able to come out and live as our authentic selves.”
Jenner disagrees, however, blaming “Indoctrination and oversaturation of the topic led by the radical leftists to destroy the family unit to create bigger govt.”
Jenner tweeted, “I obviously believe trans is real, but very very very rare, not the numbers we are seeing today.”
According to a Gallup poll, the number of people identifying as transgender doubled over the past ten years.
Is it no coincidence that Gen Z, at 1.9%, and millennials at 1%, have the highest claims of transgenderism in the current U.S. population? Gen Z and millennials are the finished products of an educational system that encourages students to embrace alternative lifestyles and punishes those who don’t.
By contrast, only .3% to .2% of Gen X and baby boomers identify as transgender.
“Trans is not made up or fake, but it is oversaturated due to indoctrination and is the latest way the left is destroying the family unit — growing government, the indoctrination in the classroom, and the subsequent drastic increase in children being transitioned is a huge problem.” Jenner believes. “We won’t see the true impact for years to come, but these are serious irreversible decisions and are maliciously being used by government to grow government under the guise of protecting children.”
In response to indoctrination practices, Jenner recently launched Fairness First, a committee founded to fight “radical gender extremists, keep boys out of girls sports, and put parents in charge of what goes on in the classroom.”
Jenner explains, “Fairness First is prepared to fight on behalf of parents and their children. Our plan is simple. We will protect our children by rejecting radical gender ideology in our schools and in youth sports, from the top of the ballot to the bottom. We can be inclusive but not at the expense of the mass majority of people and have some decency while being inclusive.”
Jenner remains staunchly loyal to the Republican party, despite critics who believe she is on the wrong side of the political arena. “Don’t you realize that Republicans don’t approve of people like you?” one of her followers claimed on Twitter. “They are trying to erase you and deny your right to body and identity autonomy.”
“Wrong. There is a few fringe ppl that say trans isn’t real, but that is not the GOP.,” Jenner responded. “The GOP and MAGA is the big tent party and believe in common sense principles (no men in women’s sports, parental rights, protecting children, etc.). Sorry we don’t fit your narrative! The left is by far the most exclusionary discriminatory group of ppl out there.”
Jenner may have earned a gold medal for the decathlon in the 1976 Olympics, but in 2023, she earned another for common sense.
