The FBI ran 2.04 million checks through its National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) in August. This marks the 49th consecutive month that more than 1 million firearms have been sold to American citizens. That means that only 0.006% of us bought guns in August. Come on, America! We can do much better than that!
In a nation of 330 million people, shouldn’t we be able to do much better than a 0.006% gun purchase rate?
According to Mark Oliva, the spokesperson for the National Sports Shooting Foundation (NSSF), “Americans, literally by the millions, are investing in exercising their Second Amendment rights. This has happened every month for more than four years continuously.”
Despite the fact that limiting gun rights is a completely losing issue for the Democrat Party, Joe Biden is still trying to do so through unlawful executive orders. Under one rule that Old Joe’s handlers are considering, any American who sells a firearm to anyone else would be classified as a firearms dealer and would be required to register as an FFL. This includes you, even if you want to sell an old hunting rifle to your nephew.
Biden is also introducing a new regulation that would automatically make you a felon if you are caught with an unregistered firearm brace. Under Biden’s rule, you could go to prison just for owning this piece of plastic, even if it’s not actually attached to a pistol.
The Democrat Party wants to completely and utterly destroy the Second Amendment, leaving your family completely at the mercy of BLM rioters and merciless, tyrannical, and unelected bureaucrats in DC. Now is the time to purchase a firearm if you anticipate needing one at any point in the near future. If you don’t, you’re likely to regret not doing so.
